Traquair Data Systems, Inc. is a supplier of real-time products and services for industrial and commercial applications, specializing in Digital Signal Processing with DSP processors, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), analog and digital interfacing, and connectivity solutions using IEEE1394 FireWire, Ethernet, and USB.

Traquair provides off-the-shelf products for developers of real-time systems, as well as services encompassing software and hardware development, and system integration. With over fifteen years of experience in this area, Traquair has built up a substantial portfolio of customers, covering a diverse range of application areas, including audio & multi-media, automation & control, communications, industrial inspection, radar, signal intelligence (sigint), sonar and underwater applications.

Traquair is a privately owned company, formed in 1991 and incorporated in the state of New York in 1993. In 2001, Traquair established a relationship with Orsys GmbH, allowing Traquair customers to benefit from their embedded DSP and IEEE 1394 (FireWire) engineering expertise and micro-line product capabilities. Most recently, Traquair established a relationship with Windmill Innovations BV, extending serial connectivity support to include 10/100Base-T Ethernet and TCP/IP software for TMS320 DSP processors.

Traquair is a member of Texas Instruments DSP Third Party Network, partnering with Texas Instruments to provide Traquair customers with best-in-class DSP Solutions. This ensures that Traquair has access to cutting edge DSP processor technology in advance of the general market, and that it is available at the right time.

Traquair is located in Ithaca, a university town in the Finger Lake region of New York State. Ithaca is also home to Cornell University, Ithaca College, and approximately 30,000 permanent residents.
