The
ORS-112 is a high performance 4-channel 12/16-bit analog
I/O board, ready to be used as an analog I/O resource within a micro-line embeded DSP system.
Analog Devices
AD9260 over-sampling A/D converters are used. With the converters used in their 16-bit resolution mode, four input channels can be sampled at up to 2.5MSPS per channel. When used in their 12-bit mode, the converters support two input channels at up to 20MSPS per channel. 16-bit and 12-bit A/D modes of operation are factory configured and must be specified at time of order. |

The four 16-bit D/A output channels operate at up to 1MSPS/ch,
with a settling time of
10usec to
0.0015%
FSR.
An on-board 200kGate Spartan-IIE or 500kGate Virtex-II FPGA adds flexibility, providing diverse interfacing options to micro-line based DSP and FPGA resources. An FPGA design services is available for customers that want to benefit from the FPGA but prefer not to do the programming themselves. FPGA programming requires the use of an optional VHDL FPGA Programming Package.
